Returns & Exchange Policy

At Art Pixels Creation, every order is custom-made just for you, ensuring sustainability and reducing waste. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged, defective, or lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with:

Your order number

A clear photo showing the issue

We’ll be happy to send a free replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

Returned to Sender

Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:

Unclaimed Shipments: If the order is not collected at the local post office or pickup point, it may be returned to the sender. In this case, we can refund the product price for a new order, but you will still need to cover the shipping costs.

Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is incorrect, the courier will return the package, and it will be safely disposed of. You will need to place a new order with the correct address, and you will be responsible for the cost.

Rejected by Recipient: If the recipient refuses the delivery, the order will be returned and disposed of. A new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Since all orders are automatically processed, cancellations or modifications can only be made within 2 hours of purchase. After this, the order is in production and cannot be changed.
